One Brickell City Centre Supertower Redesigned, Construction In 2023
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross’s Related Companies and Swire Properties are quickly moving through the approval process on design changes for the One Brickell City Centre supertall tower, less than two months after announcing a partnership to develop the tower.
In March, Related and Swire announced they would begin construction on the supertall in 2023.
Now, changes to the design guidelines have been submitted for review by Miami’s Planning, Zoning & Appeals Board. If the board approves, the supertall will be getting bulkier, with a larger footprint and floorplates.
